WESTERN LEGACY FAMILY FARM: SLEEPY HOLLOW 2015

WESTERN

This is also becoming a favorite family tradition.  While Staheli Family Farm is HUGE, full of teenagers and has a full size corn maze, this cute farm out in Hurricane is smaller and more child friendly.  And it has a headless horseman!!

It’s been so fun this month having so many activities to go to as a family.  I\’ve really enjoyed watching my girls run and play and have a fun autumn.  Going out to these farms has been particularly good as a teaching tool-Paisley keeps asking for a horse and showing her the amount of poop she\’d have to clean up and having her smell that fresh farm smell paints so much clearer of a picture as to why I won’t let her have one than if I just told her about it.  And it’s finally getting cooler!  It’s like we hibernate in the summer here and finally go back outside when fall comes around.

What are your favorite places to go in the fall?
